Note: I cooked the soup in 2 phases, 15 minutes each (because I used frozen chicken). I added the pasta during the 2nd phase. Based on a recipe found on www.pressurecookingtoday.com with some changes made by me. This video makes me want to defrost the ribs that are in my freezer and pressure cook them tomorrow for the big game. This is a foolproof recipe that's done in no time at all. Please follow Noreen's channel. She has wonderful recipes, whether you have a pressure cooker or not. I love my pressure cooker! I have made ribs, meatballs and spaghetti, soups, stews, chili and many other meals in my pressure cooker. The electric pressure cooker is much safer than the old stove top contraptions that would explode and send debris shooting up to the ceiling of your kitchen.
